This is the ground-up construction for a new TCW Terminal in Dalton, GA, featuring a new 10,717 sq./ft. office and cross dock building and a new 4,899 sq./ft. truck maintenance and a wash building. The scopes include but are not limited to: Demolition, Site Work, Office Area, Cross Docks, Maintenance Shop, Brick Veneer, PEMB, Metal Framing & Drywall, and MEPS.
