Kingston Retail PEMB Renovation (22742)

The project involves the renovation of an existing 1,875-square-foot retail building and the construction of a new 2,425-square-foot pre-engineered metal maintenance building. The work includes selective demolition, new interior partitions and finishes, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The new PEMB structure features reinforced concrete slab foundations, and large overhead doors for equipment access.
