Blue Ridge Customer Service Center HVAC Replacement (22793)
Removal and replacement of existing ground-mounted packaged HVAC units at the Georgia Department of Driver Services facility in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The new installation will include one 7.5-ton and one 4-ton packaged heat pump unit, each with electric heat strips and new thermostats. Work will also include all associated electrical, ductwork, and control connections. Existing concrete equipment pads may be reused if they are properly sized and in good condition.
