Repairs to an existing building. Roof repairs (not replacement), selective window replacement, façade repairs, adding roof overflow drains.

Scope includes phased construction, refer to the phasing plan for clarification. Scope includes removal of existing VCT and existing suspended ceilings. Mechanical and lights are to remain in place, secure for installation of new ceilings. Ceiling diffusers are to be replaced, coordinate with MEP drawings. New casework at each classroom, refer to typical classroom plans. Admin Suite to have new Reception Desk, flooring, and ceilings. Some reworking of existing toilets to meet ADA accessibility.

Scope includes removal of suspended ceilings at three (3) classrooms. Extending the walls to seal to underside of metal deck, with metal studs and sound attenuation insulation. Work to include securing existing lights to remain exposed, adjusting existing ductwork to be exposed. Installation of K-13 and dryfall paint on existing structure.

Scope includes construction of a ADA accessible toilet and shower within an existing classroom. Scope also includes addition of some casework at the classroom and the cutting in of a door in an existing masonry wall.

Interior build-out of the existing shell. New interior walls, fixtures, finishes, casework, etc. Exterior stripping signage and patio installs.
