Heritage Park Improvements (21574)

This project consists of three sub-projects; a new Parking Lot, exterior ADA upgrades, and Bridge maintenance. The new parking lot includes a building demo, tree removal, grading & excavation, gravel consolidating pavers for a pervious parking lot surface, striping & signage curb & sidewalk, new prefab maintenance building, site electrical work, dumpster pad & enclosure, and new trees/plantings. The ADA upgrades project includes sidewalk panel replacements, several asphalt patches, and striping & signage. The Bridge maintenance project includes stream protection, minor deck pan demo, reinforcement, polymer/cementitious overlay, and topcoats, as well as minor grouting for bearing plates.
