Removal of one horizontal split case pump rated at 250 gpm at 1440 feet, TDH, 150 HP and replacement with a new horizontal split case pump rated at 720 gpm, 400 HP along with associated steel pipe, valves, and electrical work.

construct two new playgrounds for the Crossville School System, including but not limited to grading, pipe material, headwalls, demolition of existing, concrete, asphalt replacement, sand, gravel, construction materials, labor for install of turf, new basketball goals, fencing, tension poles and netting, fence wind screen, forming and framing materials, grass and seeding, etc.

The project focuses on improvements to the building’s Ground Floor restrooms and common areas by installing new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, along with updated plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and accessories. The work includes removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) as required by the site-specific asbestos abatement plans and technical specifications prepared by Terracon, and the removal and disposal of interior architecture and finishes, plumbing systems, and electrical & lighting systems as indicated on the demolition drawings and specifications prepared by Seay, Seay & Litchfield, and their consulting engineers.
