New Construction for Welding Building

Interior Buildout of existing space.

Demolition and Clearing of Seven (7) Condemned Structures located within the City of Athens as described by specifications included in this bid package.

The project consists of a renovation of approximately 3600 SF of office and storage space. Project requirements include new interior finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. Intent of work includes establishing a continuous corridor across the dome, creating a larger space for badging testing, creating a secure police office and evidence room, creating additional office spaces, and creating a restroom accessible to the police dispatch center. Windows will be added to the exterior wall to provide natural light into office spaces.

Renovation of an approximate 3038 S.F. tenant space within an existing hospital and medical office building. The project involves adding a new point-of-sale and consultation desk, A counseling/vaccine room, 3 private offices and a pharmacy dispensing area with processing stations, storage, and shelving. An employee breakroom will be added and the existing restroom will be modified.
