Public Safety Annex (21575)

The project consists of the demolition phase of an existing building located at 23 Ludie Richard Drive, which is to become the City of Madison Public Safety Annex building. Work will include but is not limited to removal of the following throughout the entire 37,500 sq. ft. building: flooring (carpet & tile), ceiling tile, selected electrical components, data cabling, and walls. Expected completion time is 30 calendar days from the issuance of a notice to proceed.
