ParkRidge Mammography Suite Renovation (21578)

This project is an interior renovation that will consist of the following scopes: Selective interior demolition. b. Installation of doors and hardware. c. Patching of floor and wall penetrations to meet UL Assembly requirements, including patching of spray applied fireproofing where disturbed by demolition or new construction. d. Installation of new partitions. e. Patching of interior wall assemblies and finished surfaces as necessary. f. New casework and countertops. g. Painting, caulking and sealants. h. New flooring. i. New acoustical suspension ceilings. j. New wall and corner protection. k. Relocation and adjustment of the existing sprinkler system. l. Changes to the existing plumbing system. m. Changes to the existing HVAC system. n. Changes to the electrical power, data, and fire alarm systems. 1) Fire Alarm System shall be coordinated thru Parkridge’s preferred Vendor, Johnson Controls – Simplex. o. Low voltage requirements for data, phone and cable drops. 1) The Electrical Contractor shall provide the Low Voltage Subcontractor of their choice.
