Development TN043-002: Removing gas lines from unit, replacing 60-amp service with 200-amp service, remove existing gas furnaces and install new heat pumps, removing gas water heaters and replacing with electric, providing electrical modifications, removing baseboard heaters and existing gas wall furnaces, patching and painting walls, installing new electric stoves. 3. Development TN043-003: Removing gas lines from unit, removing existing gas furnaces and installing new electric heat pumps, removing existing gas water heater and install new electric water heater, providing electrical modifications, and installing new electric stoves.
