Note: We have received the 100% plans for a new 121 unit HUD apartment complex in Knoxville. When pricing please include the Davis Bacon wages provided in the specs. Please do your best to separate your price into 2 buildings. The separation line will be the firewall at the split. This doesn’t need to be exact but will allow us to maintain the lower wage rates. This will be for accounting purposes only. Please price per the plans. If you see any cost savings items you would like to price, please do that separately but include “per plans” as your base bid. Construction Start: Late Fall 2025
