DRC Interior Renovations (22696)

Interior Carpentry on the First Floor (North End of the Building, Main Lobby) which includes adding two new walls with windows, electrical. Plumbing, adding a sprinkler head. Adding an ADA button activated system to three sets of doors (two existing, one new). Electrical, adding new lighting. Interior Carpentry on the First Floor (Main Corridor) which includes removing a section of wall and putting in four new doorways. Repositioning a door to swing in the opposite direction. Interior Carpentry on the Second Floor (City Engineering) which includes repairing a door frame and replacing a damaged door. Interior Carpentry on the Third Floor (Conference Room 3A) which includes adding two new walls with doors and windows.
