nterprise South Nature Park Restroom Facility (Project # ESNP-25-104) for the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department, as per specifications. The work shall consist of the construction of one (1) Romtec Restroom Building or approved equal at Parking Lot #3 at Enterprise South Nature Park (ESNP), 190 Still Hollow Loop, Chattanooga, TN 37416, to include furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary or convenient to satisfactorily complete the work as shown on the ROMTEC design drawings and/or specified by the Contract Documents and Specifications.
