The project consists of the new construction of a single-story, approximately 6,235 SF Community Enrichment Center for the Atomic Elks Lodge.The scope includes site development (utilities, parking, sidewalks, landscaping), slab-on-grade foundations, wood-framed structure, complete building envelope, and full interior build-out. Also, includes complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and low-voltage systems, along with architectural finishes, millwork, and specialties.
