Hixson Community Center Gym Renovations (22910)
Description: The selective demolition of four 6’ wide by 21’ tall door and window openings and approximately 24 square feet of existing athletic wood flooring. New construction consists of four 3’ wide by 7’ tall single insulated hollow metal doors and frames with metal stud infill partitions above with sheet rock backed up by plywood on the interior and exterior insulated finish system on the exterior. Replacement of damaged and removed wood flooring is included in new construction.
