Project Description: New four-bay, 16,982 SF fire station on a 3.5 acre site and all associated sitework, including biorentention ponds, drive lines, driveways and parking. Building is slab on grade, CMU/masonry walls, structural steel with metal deck roof with insulated membrane roof assembly. Interior spaces include training room, work/study room, coffee bar, kitchen, 10 bunk rooms, and associated spaces.
