Project Description: The project scope includes a partial roof replacement at Ketron Elementary School above the kitchen. The existing built-up roof will be removed and prepared for a new roof. The new 3,776 square foot roof consists of a new membrane over new tapered insulation on the existing roof deck. Replacement of the existing gutters and downspouts is also required.
