Project Description: Project consists of 7 different retail buildings (A-G) totaling 40,000 SF. Extent of sitework will be fine grade existing stone building pads, sidewalks, and sumpster enclosures (5 locations). Existing utilities are Fire to 1’ AFF, Grease traps are installed and piped to within 5’ of BLDG, water is installed to 5’ of meterbox which is provided by owner installed by contractor. Project can be bid as lump sum but awarded subcontractors will need to provide building breakdown pricing at a later date.
