Project Description: This project is new construction of a new one story building approx. 10,860 SF to be used as an 11-treatment room freestanding emergency department and will operate as a satellite department of Parkridge East Hospital. This emergency department includes a Waiting Area, Exam Rooms, Trauma, Lab, Nurse Station, Restrooms, and Associated Spaces. The project includes two covered entry canopies, one for emergency vehicle access and one for public drop off. There are separate enclosures on site for the generator, dumpster and a helipad.
