Holloway High School Remote Learning Renovations (21455)

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,730-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.Work includes, but is not limited to, interior and minor exterior renovations of approximately 3,730 sf. at existing shop/classroom area located at first floor level. The work includes interior renovation of existing shop/classroom and provide office space with two (2) toilets. Existing garage doors two (2) numbers, located on the south side are removed and the opening is infilled with new window and wall assembly to match existing adjacent size, details, texture, color, and finish. Interior finishes include but are not limited to LVT, sealed concrete, ACT, etc. A new exit is added on the north wall and a new ADA ramp is provided. Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for this area of work will be included. Site work includes providing new concrete slab at existing exterior door and new 10'-0" high chain link fence with razor wire around the new proposed ramp.
