East Lake Center - select demolition of existing kitchen and building elements, providing and installing electric range and dishwasher, stacking existing laundry appliances, electrical and mechanical modifications necessary, limited interior and exterior framing, cladding and finishing and replacement of door hardware, limited painting and caulking. North River - select demolition, replacement and new construction of light steel framed EIFS-clad columns at building exterior.
