RFQ Instructions:

• Complete the attached document and spreadsheet

• Attach completed bid document and any other requested documents outlined in the RFQ document to bid response

• DO NOT USE THE BLUE DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD BUTTONS BELOW.

• Attach completed documents by clicking the “*Response Attachments”  link.

• To enter your unit bid price:

• Click the  words, “Click here to view item details” in the table below.

• Enter your price in the “Unit Bid Price” field.  You may have to scroll right to see the field.

• Hit your enter key and click “update.”

• Click “exit full screen.”

• Enter the total price of project in the "unit bid price" field in line item #1 below
