a roof renovation of 1,800 sq ft. Renovation includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing skylight, installation of new roof trusses, EPDM roof and relative components. Finishes include, but are not restricted to, paint on underside of roof to match existing. Structural systems are included. There are no mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in scope of work. There are no changes to life safety egress. Occupancy change yields a net reduction in occupant load.
