Repairing and replacing existing asphalt walkways, the installation of a new exercise area, a wooden boardwalk, and site furnishings, along with a rain garden and site planting with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be based on Unit Price Items.
