Hamilton County Emergency Communication District Vehicle Facility (22482)

Pre-Bid is Mandatory. For the pre-bid conference, bidders will meet in the lobby and walk out to the rear parking lot where the new Vehicle Storage Facility will be constructed.

Note that on the Invitation to Bid included in the Project Manual under LOCATION, there is an incorrect statement that says, “Separate sealed BIDS for the remodel of the Hamilton County Emergency Communications Facility will be received by the Owner.”  However, this project does NOT include a remodel of the existing HCECD facility, but only a new pre-engineered metal building to house vehicles for HCECD constructed on the site as stated in the paragraph below the incorrect statement.
