Von Braun Center South Hall and Playhouse Restroom Renovation (22502)

Includes the phased renovation of several existing restroom facilities. The Project scope of work consists of a complete renovation to the existing restrooms and includes the following: new plumbing fixtures, new toilet partitions, new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, new light fixtures, new mechanical supply and return grilles, and other improvements. The renovation work will be executed in phases to minimize the impact on events held in the South Hall and Playhouse during the project's duration.
