Excavation and Site Utilities – include erosion controls and site demo; Asphalt Paving per spoils report requirements and drawing details, provide striping and any parking lot signs; Landscaping & Irrigation – Trees, Shrubs, Plantings, Seed and Landscape Rock – Provide an Alternate to furnish and install topsoil where applicable; Concrete – stone/vapor barrier building crawl space, foundation walls, cooler slab, sidewalks, curbs (integral and freestanding), pavements, dumpster pad, dumpster enclosure wall footings, frost footings and installation of bollards, provide accommodations for foundation vent wells; CMU Walls dumpster enclosure with modular brick on the outside to match the building, modular brick for the main building and cooler building, thin brick for the mechanical screen wall; Structural Steel – bollards trash enclosure gate posts only; Plumbing – Install owner provided equipment and fixtures, furnish and install all underfloor piping, provide all trim out and final connections for final inspections; HVAC – provide low-voltage final connections, startup, test and balance; Electrical - Parking Lot light poles, 400-amp electrical service, meter base, (2) 2" data and telephone conduit, power to RTU, dry storage/cooler, provide secondary conduit/conductors from pole mounted transformer location to the building meter base
