City Hall Parking Lot Sealcoating & Striping (22540)

Required Repair/Installation Scope: 1. Clean lot of all loose surface debris with industrial walk behind blowers 2. Hand clean any remaining dirt spots with steel wire brooms. 3. Treat all major oil spots prior to sealcoating. 4. Apply Crack Seal to all needed cracks, excluding alligator cracks. 5. Install trim areas by hand to avoid overspray 6. Apply two coats of pavement sealer applied to manufactures specifications and continuously stirred during application to ensure even distribution. 7. Apply Parking Stripes as currently configured utilizing Hotline Traffic Marking paint by Sherwin Williams.
