Balch Road and Gooch Lane Roundabout (22544)

This project consists of installing a roundabout at the intersection with curb and gutter, the addition of pedestrian sidewalks and ramps, installing new storm water pipe and structures, water service line relocation/installation, and meter reset on both the public and private sides. The project includes all work items necessary to complete the project and must conform to ADA/PROWAG requirements. Contractors are required to meet MUTCD standards for all detours and closure signage. Working hours are 7:00am- 7:00pm and the project completion timeframe is 90 calendar days from the issuance of a notice to proceed.
