New construction of a CATS facility designed to provide bus parking, service, and administrative offices for the Cherokee County Transit Service. The facility will be located on roughly 6.5 acres on the southwest corner of Univeter Road and Pinecrest Road in Cherokee County GA. The new facility will be approximately 6,738 square feet. It will include, but is not limited to, offices, reception area, conference room, training room/garage, dispatch, kitchenette and breakroom, restrooms and associated mechanical, IT, janitorial and storages spaces, meeting the specifications and as described herein
