Provide field survey services of the project area. • Provide engineering design/build services to include landscape architecture and construction documents for the construction of the project. • Obtain necessary permits. • Prepare any Utility and Right of Way (ROW) documents as necessary. • Perform Construction and site administration services during construction. • Any other services needed to complete the design and construction of the project.
