We are working on a new - 104 unit 4 building, 125,119 sf apartment complex in Oak Ridge TN. 11/17 start date. This will be a Davis Bacon project with cost certification. The link below contains the 100% plans. Please PRICE PER PLANS AND SPECS and give an alternate if you see anything that stands out as excessive.
