Each General and Sub-Contractor will receive one (1) set of plans and specifications by depositing $300.00 with TLM Associates, Inc. Once the General or Sub-Contractor is on the plan holders list, you may request PDF documents for your use during bidding. Deposits for both General and Sub-Contractors are 100% refundable to unsuccessful bidders when your plans and specs are returned in good condition, within 10 days of the bid opening. The successful bidders deposit will be retained.
