This request for bids is for a 5-year contract for water treatment services at the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute (“MBMHI” or “Facility”). The bid should include labor, materials, and equipment to perform services and work as specified herein. The equipment covered is hot water boilers, steam boilers, cooling towers, closed loops, chiller condensers, and accessories.
