The work consists of renovation of existing facility including: conversion of first-floor office space into a therapy gym; conversion of existing Hair Salon & Spa into an ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Suite; cosmetic renovations throughout first, second, and third floors including ceilings, paint, flooring, and lighting; demolition and reconfiguration of select rooms to create larger patient care areas; and conversion of existing patient rooms into larger patient rooms with associated utility relocation. Work includes all necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and finish upgrades.
