KCDC is soliciting proposals from qualified construction companies who desire to function as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the renovation and expansion of the 7,000 square foot existing Boys & Girls Club at KCDC’s most recent redevelopment project known as Transforming Western Heights (“Project”).
