Construction Manager at Risk for a Playground/Park and a Commercial Building (22767)

KCDC is soliciting proposals from qualified construction companies who desire to function as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for both the construction of a new city playground/park along with several park pavilions and an adjacent 17,000+/- square foot, two story commercial building at KCDC’s most recent redevelopment project known as Transforming Western Heights (“Project”).
