A mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be held. However, Contractors are recommended to perform a pre-bid site visit at the Water Plant, 3973 Chatata Valley Road, Charleston, TN 37310. Site visits will be by appointment only. Contractors interested in making a pre-bid site visit should contact Joseph Rouse, email: jrouse@clevelandutilities.com to set up a site visit. Visits shall be coordinated/conducted between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, November 24 – 26 or December 1 - 11.
