District Headquarter design is on a prototypical design for statewide implementation. The Headquarters is approximately 20, 500 square feet, including administrative offices, evidence storage, public spaces, hearing rooms, and ancillary spaces. Site includes parking and helipad.

The scope of work includes construction of a new 7,036 sf Emergency Operations Center including 911 dispatch, apparatus bays, and support spaces and other work detailed in the specs.

Project consists of a new 222 unit, 314,000 sf, 14 building HUD apartment complex. Construction anticipated to start this fall. Scope includes but not limited to: Grading, Paving, Landscaping, Retaining Walls, Sidewalk, Swimming Pool, Concrete, Masonry, Railings, Lumber, Framing, Trusses, Cabinets, Countertops, Siding, Roofing, Overhead Doors, Doors, Windows, Door Hardware, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Wire Shelving, Window Blinds Appliances, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.

This project involves site work and utility connection to a 6,900 sf modular classroom building that is being provided by the owner.

New 170,000 sf Walmart Supercenter in Maryville TN. Project consists of the Building only (site work under seperate contract already under construction). Scope includes but is not limited to Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Roofing, Caulking, Doors, Storefront, Drywall, Metal Framing, Paint, Flooring, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Refrigeration, EMS, Plumbing and Electrical.

Painting/repainting the previously painted exterior surfaces, wood column repairs, and stucco repairs of the Owner’s main office building. (Harriman Utility)
