The scope of the project will consist of the renovation of an existing single story, 2,760 SF structure at the Cleveland Emergency Shelter in partnership with Bradley County to provide additional sleeping units. Scope of work includes: new windows and doors, fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, interior finishes, new roof, insulation, and other work as outlined in the construction documents.

This is a renovation of the interior of the building, facade work.

Installation of approximately 10,650 LF of new 6-inch waterline including services and service lines and other appurtenances as included within the project.

Vendor shall provide and install black rubber removable rolls of Marley Vinyl for the JA/SA new Black Box Theatre. Pricing shall include material, delivery, labor, and on-site installation. Prices must contain all shipping charges, no extra fees, or surcharges, including fuel, will be allowed with this contract. Delivery includes unloading materials from truck and moving to designated area inside the building. Vendor is responsible for the disposal of all debris and cardboard in the manner required by federal, state, and county regulations/laws. Removal of debris and cardboard from the premises must be done on the same day as the delivery and installation. Vendor must provide a copy of product warranty statements.

Interior renovation of the City Hall Annex Building and replacement of some doors & windows, along with some building envelope repair work and related work as required as outlined in the Contract Documents. The scope includes the ground floor fenestration at the elevator lobby and sidewalk, part of the third floor at the north end of the building, the majority of the fourth floor, and building envelope improvements.

This is a budget request for a future tenant in our new retail shell building that has been bid out recently. Interior floor plans includes footages that can be used to expedite submitting a proposal. Most trades can be completely concurrently with shell construction. Divisions needed are as follows: wood framing, doors/frames/hardware, batt insulation, gypsum board, tape/bed/finish, interior paint, flooring, ceramic tile, bath accessories, plumbing, medgas, HVAC, electric, landscape.
