Project Description: This project is a 11,650 SF (+-) PEMB shell with, buildout inside for; a Squash Court facility with eight (8) courts, small kitchen, restrooms, locker room, shower, “IT” and storage rooms, viewer platforms, and a Mezzanine for exercise and observation seating.
We are requesting bids for: Site utilities (water, fire, sewer, gas, electrical) this will also include stub outs at additional building pads, retaining walls, site concrete pads and sidewalks, and landscaping. In addition will need bids for foundations and slab (two areas recessed for courts), PEB erection with Liner system insulation (5 day work week required), structural and misc steel for Mezzanine, observation platforms, metal stud and drywall ceilings and walls with batten insulation, cabinets/SS C-Tops, polished concrete, rubber flooring, stair-tread edges, installation of metal liner panels and Nichiha wall panel, Doors/frames/hdwe, storefront entry and windows, Painting (structural steel, decking, stairs/treads, drywall, doors/frames). MEP’s: Sprinklers, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical , Data.
NOTE: Due to needing clarification of several items that could have an impact on bidding, we have pushed the bid date to March 23th at 2 p.m. We will get this information out to you as soon as it is received.
We will also be sending out a date for site visit as soon as confirmation of day and time is confirmed by McCallie School.
NOTE: Addition Building 5600 SF(+-) Outdoor Building, will be out to bids within a few day, that will be constructed concurrently with this building on same site.
